My goal is always a “no surprises” approach. Before we begin your project, I want you to be comfortable with us, comfortable with our process, and confident in our ability to execute what we say we will do. We will not begin your project until all 3 of these conditions are met.
This is especially important when we are working with an insurance company as we now have an additional entity that we do not want to surprise. In most cases when I work with an insurance company, your only expense will be your deductible. It is important that we ask the right questions in order to understand your policy before we begin the project. This will ensure that you know exactly what to expect throughout your project.
Once we know exactly what your policy covers, we can start working on the project.

Safety is a priority with 7th Generation Roofing. Tanner has completed the OSHA Construction Safety course to ensure that every job site we are on is as safe as possible. We want to take care of your family, your home, and your pets, along with our crew and everyone who may enter our project site.
We are also Gaco Western certified. If you are looking for an affordable alternative to replacing your flat roof, we are qualified to install a Gaco, silicone roof coating to just about any surface.
